The policemen of the world are alive and well. An unnamed (Probably for a reason) state department official has announced more U.S. "non-lethal" aid to the Syrian Opposition forces. "I think you can expect to hear from her some announcements relating to opposition support funding, not changes in the fundamental character," Quote courtesy of Presstv.ir from the State Dept. Official.
According to reports the United States has supplied over 25 million dollars already to the opposition forces. This, of course, being our attempt to overthrow Assad despite clear overseas opposition to even more U.S. intervention.
Western states have been calling for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to step down. However, Russia and China are strongly opposed to the Western drive to oust Assad.

Syrian Officials have themselves stated that the opposition is created and orchestrated by outside forces.
When will we stop this crap? There is no other word to use without being nonprofessional. Once more we have a prime example of our corrupt and destructive foreign policy. This needs to stop. We should respect the sovereignty of other nations as we want them to do the same to us. I guess politicians don't live by the Golden Rule.
